Job summary

Smartly is seeking a Paid Social Manager to lead campaign implementations and customer enablement across major digital advertising platforms. You will build campaign structures, optimize workflows, and translate client requirements into scalable plans while partnering with product, support, and services teams.

You will collaborate with advertisers, travel when needed, and drive success by delivering QA‑driven launches, actionable insights, and effective training to help customers maximize value

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar role in paid social
• Strong hands-on digital advertising experience across paid social platforms
• Experience building and managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, Snapchat
• Ability to work with feeds, audiences, catalogs, tracking, reporting, and automation
• Strong QA and implementation accuracy

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of paid media campaigns and workflows across major platforms.
• Build and configure campaign structures, audiences, feeds, catalogs, and reporting views.
• Translate customer requirements into implementation plans and launch timelines.
• Troubleshoot platform and workflow issues with cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve templates and reporting.
• Lead customer enablement through training, workshops, and coaching.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
• Lead meetings, reviews, and discussions with customers and internal teams.
