Job summary

Smartly is seeking a Smart Services Manager to drive paid media implementations for major advertisers. You will lead platform setups, optimize workflows, and enable customers to scale with Smartly’s technology.

You will collaborate with teams across the company and with clients to translate requirements into efficient, scalable processes and deliver measurable results in campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on paid media experience with major platforms.
• Ability to translate requirements into implementation plans.
• Strong QA and launch readiness for campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of paid media campaigns and workflows.
• Build campaign structures, audiences, feeds, catalogs, and reporting views.
• Translate requirements into clear plans and timelines.
• Troubleshoot platform and workflow issues with cross-functional teams.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve workflows.
• Lead customer enablement through training and workshops.
• Analyze performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead meetings and reviews with customers.
