Job summary

Smartly.io is seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager in Mexico City to drive retention and growth across a growing enterprise portfolio. You will ensure customers achieve value from our social advertising platform and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

You will build trusted relationships with advertisers and partners, translate data into actionable insights, and help shape our product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a customer success or similar customer-facing function.
• Advanced knowledge of social advertising (Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat etc).
• Empathetic, with a positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers reach their goals.
• Results-driven with a bias for action and collaboration.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences and industry events (when possible).

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers to deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure they get the most value out of their social advertising.
• Become a specialist in the Smartly.io platform and digital advertising to provide best practices and consultative advice.
• Build and foster strong relationships with customers as well as partners like Facebook and Pinterest.
• Be the voice of customers to inform sales process and product roadmap.
• Collaborate effectively across functions including Sales, Marketing, Technical Solutions, Services, Product and Engineering.
• Help Smartly.io build a world-class Customer Success organization and continuously improve processes.
