Job summary

Samsara is seeking a remote Customer Success professional based in Mexico to join a fast-growing SaaS team. You will partner with Sales, Support, and Product to drive adoption, value, and long-term relationships.

You will manage deployments, run training, and guide customers through onboarding and post-sale success initiatives, while communicating effectively with executives and operational users. Fluency in Spanish and English, 2+ years in a senior CS/AM/consulting role, and a bachelor's degree

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a senior Customer Success, account management, or consulting role (SaaS preferred).
• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Strong written and spoken language skills for working with multiple teams and publishing documentation.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front-lines to increase the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of customers' operations with Samsara’s IoT platform.
• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to customers and enable quick time to value.
• Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage.
• Track implementation progress, adoption, and account health.
• Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to day-to-day users.
• Juggle multiple customer engagements and work cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Explain Samsara’s platform capabilities to customers of all types.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles across global offices.
