Job summary

Samsara Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager for a remote role open to candidates in Mexico. You will partner with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product to ensure customer value and long-term relationships.

You will drive success plans, renewals, and cross-functional collaboration while advocating for a growth mindset and customer-first approach. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a Customer Success, account management, or consulting role.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• IA tools fluency (Claude/ Pilot/ Gemini, others)

Responsibilities

• Be on the front-lines and ensure our customers increase the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations with our IoT platform.
• Compose joint success plans with customers, outlining their objectives, metrics, timelines, and removing barriers to value.
• Orchestrate renewal-focused business reviews with customers and align on upcoming goals.
• Deeply understand the Samsara platform’s capabilities and explain them to businesses of all types.
• Mitigate escalations and resolve customer issues.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the service cycle from initial request to close.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
