Job summary

Samsara, a global leader in IoT-powered operations, seeks a Customer Success Manager to partner with our customers across Mexico remotely. You’ll craft joint success plans, drive adoption of the Samsara platform, and lead renewal discussions to maximize value and retention.

You will collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams, handle multi-channel inquiries, and travel up to 30% as needed. A 2–5 year SaaS background and bilingual proficiency are required for success.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a Customer Success, account management, or consulting role. SaaS experience preferred.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Passion for going above and beyond the call of duty, taking initiative, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
• Spanish and English fluency.
• IA tools fluency (Claude/ Pilot/ Gemini, others).

Responsibilities

• Be on the front-lines and ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations with our IoT platform.
• Compose joint success plans with customers outlining objectives, metrics, timelines, and remove barriers to value.
• Orchestrate renewal-focused business reviews with customers and align on upcoming goals.
• Deeply understand Samsara platform’s capabilities and explain them to businesses across industries.
• Mitigate escalations and resolve customer issues.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the service cycle from initial request to final close.
