Job summary

Samsara is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Process Coordinator to support our sales operations with high-volume, accurate data handling. This remote role in Mexico requires reliability, keen organization, and the ability to navigate contracts and documentation efficiently.

You'll enter, validate, and route sales data, work with Salesforce and Zendesk, and collaborate across teams to ensure records are audit-ready and compliant. This is an excellent entry path in a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of experience in a support, operations, or administrative role.
• Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and validation tasks for sales requests and documentation.
• Support ticket intake, triage, and process routing.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure required documentation is complete.
• Ensure contract and system data is updated correctly in Salesforce and related tools.
• Maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Escalate process exceptions or errors as needed.
