Job summary

Samsara is seeking an Enablement Consultant to join our Customer Success team in Mexico. This remote role supports customers across LATAM, requires Spanish-English bilingual skills, and SaaS experience. You’ll enable adoption of the IoT platform, lead workshops, and partner with Sales, Support and Product to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in senior Customer Success, account management, or consulting role; SaaS experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Strong spoken and written language skills for working with multiple teams and publishing documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
• Candidate must be based in Monterrey, N.L., or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front-lines and ensure our customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability with the IoT platform.
• Manage the deployment of Samsara technology to customers and enable quick time to value.
• Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage.
• Track implementation progress, product adoption, and account health.
• Run training sessions and demos for customers and day-to-day users across use cases.
• Juggle multiple customer engagements and work cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional experience.
