Job summary

Diebold Nixdorf is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to plan, develop and administer compensation programs aligned with global pay philosophy and local practices in Mexico. You will participate in surveys, advise HR on offers and market analyses, and ensure compliance across compensation processes.

Responsibilities include evaluating pay programs, reviewing new positions, and auditing pay levels during reorganizations or acquisitions, while aligning with company policies and philosophy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in related field.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in compensation.
• Proven experience working with LATAM countries.
• Good business English skills (Written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Assist with assessment of external compensation trends, surveys and reports to determine the company's competitive position.
• Consult with HR on compensation policy interpretation, offers, market analysis and other compensation projects.
• Perform activities for development and administration of competitive and compliant compensation programs.
• Research, analyze, assess and administer pay programs and processes.
• Review new positions for recruitment to ensure proper classification.
• Audit jobs/pay levels in reorganizations or acquisitions to resolve issues.
