Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development - Global Payments Network in Mexico City to accelerate acceptance growth by directly acquiring merchants across target verticals. This role emphasizes building a robust sales pipeline, negotiating end-to-end commercial agreements, and working with cross-functional partners to meet network revenue targets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 8 years in payments industry sales or related fields.
• English proficiency: intermediate-advanced.

Responsabilidades

• Identify leads, develop proposals, respond to RFPs, and negotiate merchant agreements in Mexico.
• Create business cases to win new merchant acceptance deals with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and gather customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities.
• Build and grow strategic account relationships to achieve volume and revenue goals.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
