Capital One seeks a Senior Manager of Business Development for the Global Payments Network in Mexico City. Lead direct merchant acquisition, build a robust sales pipeline, and close end-to-end commercial agreements with high-value enterprise merchants.

Travel up to 50% within Mexico, collaborating with Pricing, Legal, Risk, AML, and other partners to ensure seamless integration and network growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 8+ years in payments industry sales, business development, or related fields.
• Proven ability to close enterprise-level deals in Mexico or similar markets.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Identify leads, develop proposals, respond to RFPs, and negotiate agreements with Mexican merchants to maximize network adoption.
• Create innovative business cases and secure internal approvals (Pricing, Legal, Risk, AML).
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to identify and implement new sales opportunities.
• Build and sustain relationships with internal and external partners to meet volume and revenue goals.
• Attend industry events and conferences to promote the network.
