Capital One in Mexico City is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead the Global Payments Network sales strategy for the direct-to-merchant channel. You will recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing merchant sales team, and align with Pricing, Risk, Legal, and Product to drive growth across key verticals.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in direct sales, account management, product management, or contract negotiation.
• Intermediate to advanced English fluency.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and coordinate sales activities for Mexico merchants to drive DGN acceptance.
• Review and negotiate merchant deals, including pricing incentives and contract changes.
• Gain internal and external consensus with department heads, managers, vendors and others.
• Create a culture of risk management, accountability, and risk awareness.
