Capital One seeks a Director of Business Development to lead direct-to-merchant sales for the Global Payments Network in Mexico. You will recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing merchant sales team, and align with Pricing, Risk, Legal, and Product to drive growth and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have deep payments industry expertise, a strong network to win target accounts, and proven ability to negotiate complex deals with C-suite stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in direct sales or related fields.
• Intermediate-Advanced English fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and coordinate sales activities with Mexico merchants to drive DGN acceptance.
• Review merchant deals including price concessions and contract changes.
• Gain consensus internally and externally with department heads, managers, vendors and others.
