Capital One seeks a Director of Business Development for the Global Payments Network in Mexico, leading a merchant sales team and driving DGN acceptance across key verticals. You will partner with Pricing, Risk, Legal, and Product to align growth strategies, negotiate complex deals, and hit volume and revenue targets.

The role requires 8+ years in direct sales or related fields, MS/MBA preferred, and fluent English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in direct sales/account management/product management or contract negotiation.
• English fluency: intermediate to advanced.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and coordinate sales activities with Mexico merchants to drive DGN acceptance in key verticals, leading the team.
• Review and provide opinion on merchant deals including price concessions, client incentives and contract changes.
• Gain consensus internally and externally.
• Meet with department heads, managers, vendors and others to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.
• Create a culture of effective risk management, accountability, and demonstration of risk awareness across the organization.
