Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of AR/Billing experience in a high-growth environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience managing high volumes of multiple billing types including usage-based and revenue deferrals.
• Very strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large amounts of data.
• Familiarity with G-Suite; Salesforce and ERP systems such as Netsuite.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate process and validation of requested billing adjustments.
• Assist the collections team for account reconciliation.
• Perform monthly close responsibilities for billing, including monthly reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain various reports related to invoicing and accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to research and resolve AR-related issues.
• Assist in customer onboarding including account setup, vendor forms, and managing third party systems.
