Landing in Mexico City is seeking a Billing Analyst to join our fast-paced billing team. You’ll report to the Billing Team Lead and own core processes from appeasements to credits, advancing to audits and variance analysis as you grow.

This on-site role requires strong numbers skills, fluent English, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. You’ll work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST, with occasional extended hours during peak periods.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English (B2–C1) required.
• Office in Polanco; collaborative, fast-moving environment.
• Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST.
• Experience in billing or related field; comfortable with numbers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak periods.

Aufgaben

• Reconcile member accounts to identify balances owed or due, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and property payouts.
• Process appeasements, refunds, and account credits with the proper approvals and documentation.
• Support management with billing audits, discrepancy resolution, and variance tracking.
• Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex billing issues quickly and effectively.
• Respond to member billing inquiries (calls, emails, tickets) by providing clear breakdowns of statements and ensuring full transparency.
