PepsiCo in Mexico City is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to support warehouse open balances and reconcile adjustments, rebills and chargebacks as needed. Your responsibilities include timely follow-up on balances, reconciling AR adjustments, researching and rebilling as required, and communicating with account owners to validate pricing across markets.

Fluent English, strong analytical abilities, and advanced Excel skills are required, with a collaborative approach to meet strict

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Control/Operations.
Fluent in English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to utilize Excel to extract necessary data.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.

Responsabilidades

Timely follow up on open balances in the Arctree system within the SLA.
Reconciliation of AR adjustments.
Research, troubleshoot, and rebill balances.
Timely communication with account owners to validate pricing.
Manage rebill activity for non-national accounts and communicate tracker to all market locations.
Provide ad-hoc support to Field Location Leaders and updates on process improvements.
