Job summary

Selinc in San Luis Potosí seeks a Finance professional to control and consolidate billing, collections and receivables in line with accounting policies and tax laws. You will oversee AR, invoicing (EDIX) processes and month-end closings.

Responsibilities include optimizing cash flow, intercompany payments, credit controls, audits, and ensuring accurate customer balances. Requires 7–9 years in treasury/finance and IFRS/US GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 7–9 years of experience in Treasury, Finance.
• 3 years of experience as Credit and Collection Analyst, Billing Analyst.
• 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable IV.
• 4 years of experience as a financial analyst, accounting analyst.
• Accounts Receivable, accounting and treasury management.
• Knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Operate the collection strategy to ensure the continuous flow of income.
• Control financial information to reduce financial and legal risks of collection.
• Manage AR module (Accounts Receivable) and invoicing (EDIX) for month-end and year-end closings.
• Analyze reconciliation of local and consolidated cost-sale for financial information.
• Develop AR virtual payment processes and intercompany income.
• Prepare billing, local and intercompany credit and charge notes to ensure correct customer balances.
• Prepare audit certificates for internal and external auditors.
