Soluciones Servinext in Querétaro is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive AR experience including collections, payment applications, reconciliations, intercompany activity, and electronic invoicing.

Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as IFS, SAP, or Epicor is highly valued. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, analytical ability, and fluent English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance completed.
• Minimum 5 years in Accounts Receivable and tax-related activities.
• Advanced Excel skills and solid accounting knowledge.
• Experience with AR, Collections, Payment Applications, Reconciliations, Intercompany, Electronic Invoicing.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and follow up on Accounts Receivable activities.
• Perform collections and customer account follow-up.
• Process and perform payment applications.
• Prepare and perform account reconciliations.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations.
• Execute journal postings and accounting records.
• Support electronic invoicing processes.
• Analyze financial and accounting information.
• Work with ERP and accounting systems.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts and financial records.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of Accounts Receivable transactions.
