Continental Industry in San Luis Potosí, MX is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage customer accounts, process payments, and support collections to ensure smooth cash flow.

The role requires experience in AR, SAP ERP, advanced Excel and strong English/Spanish communication. You will collaborate with Sales and Customer Service, participate in month-end close, and contribute to process improvements in AR.

Competenze

• Experience in Accounts Receivable or related Finance roles.
• Proficient with ERP systems, SAP preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis.
• Strong AR processes knowledge and cash collection practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to prepare, analyze, and present AR performance reports and KPIs.

• Process customer invoices, payments, and credit memos accurately and on time.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue balances.
• Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues and billing discrepancies.
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Prepare AR reports and provide insights on collection performance.
• Support collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to address account concerns.

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to AR.
