Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
• 3–4 years of experience in collections or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP.

Responsabilités

• Contact key customers to collect outstanding payments.
• Negotiate payment plans and terms with delinquent customers.
• Maintain accurate collection records in the system.
• Review aging reports to identify overdue accounts.
• Collaborate with billing and sales to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly statements for key clients.
