Qualifications

• College or university degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise AR clerks in accordance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Monitor accounts receivable and collection process, including past-due follow-up.
• Prepare and analyze AR reports, balances, and collection performance.
• Identify changes to methods and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Assign work based on team skills and workload.
• Coach and mentor team members for development and performance.
• Assess employee performance and provide timely feedback.
