Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Accounts Receivable clerks per policies and procedures.
• Monitor receivables and collection processes; handle past-due negotiations.
• Prepare and analyze receivables, receipts, balances, and collection reports.
• Identify process improvements to AR efficiency and controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
• Assess performance and provide guidance to staff.
• Support risk identification and mitigation in AR processes.
• Drive standardization and automation within AR function.
