The role focuses on planning, supervising, and optimizing collections activities while ensuring compliance with accounting policies and business requirements. The candidate will develop team capabilities, drive process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders across locations to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• College, university, or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent related work experience required.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Accounts Receivable clerks in accordance with established accounting policies and procedures.
• Monitor the accounts receivable and collection process, including follow-up and negotiations on past-due accounts.
• Prepare and analyze reports related to receivables, receipts, account balances, and collection performance.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across locations to resolve issues and achieve business objectives.
