Qualifications

• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or related Finance roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices, payments, and credit memos accurately and on time.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue balances.
• Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain transaction records.
• Prepare AR reports and provide KPIs on collection performance.
• Support collection strategies to improve cash flow.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service on account concerns.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
