The Citi Apps Support Senior Manager leads one or more apps support teams and oversees delivery, quality, and timeliness of results across a global production environment. This role partners with technology and business heads to steer strategic initiatives and ensure robust incident management with strong governance.

They guide root-cause analysis, implement stability initiatives, and manage budgeting and resource planning.

Formación

• 6-10 years experience in an Apps Support role would be an added advantage
• Experience with people management
• Highly assertive communications skills with ability to lead large audiences
• Experience with application support would be an added advantage
• Ability to plan and organize workload
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Manages one or more apps support teams.
• Provides technical oversight across systems and applications.
• Provide a holistic view of the production environment for senior business heads.
• Guides feedback reviews with development managers and ensures issues are tracked to closure.
• Handles incidents and problems including root cause analysis and escalation.
• Interfaces with primary clients to understand strategic objectives.
• Ensures awareness of audit and compliance issues.
• Contributes to strategies for apps support and related areas.
• Champions stability initiatives for high availability and resiliency.
• Manages budget and resource planning within apps support.
