Formación

• 5-8 years of experience in an Application Support role.
• Experience installing, configuring or supporting business applications.
• Experience with some programming languages and willingness/ability to learn.
• Advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes and re-prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communications; can explain technical issues to non-IT staff.
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Experience with issue tracking and reporting using tools.
• Knowledge/experience of problem management tools.
• Good all-round technical skills.
• Able to share information effectively with team and other tech groups.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical and business support for Citi application users; resolve issues quickly and improve stability and efficiency.
• Maintain production applications and operating environments.
• Manage and support applications, focusing on stability, quality, and functionality against SLAs.
• Perform start-of-day checks, monitoring, and regional handovers.
• Conduct same-day risk reconciliations and document support procedures.
• Lead and mentor junior analysts and participate in releases and post-implementation review.
