Citi is seeking an Applications Development Senior Manager in Mexico City to lead one or more development teams and drive delivery of secure, scalable banking applications. You will oversee architectural decisions, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Formación

Over 10 years in Technology or related areas (mandatory).
More than 3 years in Banking industry or 5 years in Consumer/Retail.
Experience as Technical Lead or equivalent for at least 3 years.
Design and solution architecture experience for products and services in Back Banking.

Responsabilidades

Manage one or more Applications Development teams and perform personnel duties.
Provide technical oversight across systems and applications.
Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for projects.
Lead project management and ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
Coordinate with architects, business analysts, and testing teams to ensure quality.
