You will provide technical oversight across applications, coordinate with development managers and senior business heads, manage incidents, perform root cause analysis and drive strategic improvements while handling budgets and resource planning.

Formación

• 6-10 years in Apps Support, leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating with development teams and business heads.

Responsabilidades

• Manages one or more apps support teams and provides technical oversight.
• Coordinate with development managers to understand strategic objectives.
• Lead incident management, root cause analysis and strategic fixes.
• Plan and manage budgets and resources for the apps support area.
