Job summary

The Great Yellow Brick Company seeks a Sr. Assistant AP & Payment Center on a 1-year contract for the Monterrey area. You will execute accounts payable and payment processes across the Americas, ensuring timely, accurate processing and issue resolution within our shared services context.

You should have 3–5 years in procure-to-pay, hands-on SAP experience, and fluent English communication. This role offers exposure to global processes and opportunities to contribute to standardisation of AP

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Procure to Pay functions.
• Used SAP or another ERP system to support Procure to Pay activities.
• Analysed open items and discrepancies to resolve AP and Payment Center exceptions.
• Resolved invoice, payment, banking and reconciliation issues with internal stakeholders.
• Communicated in fluent English across reading, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Execute Accounts Payable and Payment Center processes accurately and on time.
• Support bank transactions, accounting postings and reconciliations.
• Review data, follow up open items and identify discrepancies and exceptions.
• Help ensure financial postings follow company procedures, policies and internal controls.
