Aptar Querétaro is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead the AP team within the GBS center. The role focuses on process excellence, SLA compliance, and driving improvements in payment performance and accuracy.

Based in Queretaro, Mexico, you will oversee daily AP operations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and implement IT solutions and automation initiatives to optimize the AP workflow.

Formación

• Minimum of Accounting/Finance University Degree.
• 5+ working experience; 2+ years of previous AP experience, 2+ years team leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of the Accounts payable processes.
• Build relationships with key contacts across processes and functions.
• Independently solve operational issues in GBS and with entities.
• Meet deadlines and escalate to AP manager when necessary.
• Review and validate work accuracy and quality of team members.
• Monitor, analyze, and drive performance against KPIs such as on-time payments and invoice cycle times.
• Drive continuous process improvements, support automation and standardization.
• Prepare and contribute to regular operational reporting for AP Manager and Senior Manager.
• Participate in AP Team governance at the operational level.
• Identify problem areas and collaborate on solutions.
• Quality Assurance.
