Job summary

ALPLA Group in Toluca, Mexico seeks an experienced Accounts Payable/Procure-to-Pay specialist to execute end-to-end processes across South America and support SOX controls. You will drive process improvements and work with regional teams.

You will act as a subject matter expert for AP/P2P topics, resolve complex supplier and payment issues, and collaborate with Procurement, Treasury, Tax and business stakeholders. You will coach junior analysts and promote standardized practices.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of end-to-end AP/P2P processes, including invoice processing, vendor management, issue resolution and financial controls.
• Experience in Shared Services, Finance Hub or centralized finance environments.
• Experience analyzing KPIs and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• ERP proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable / Procure-to-Pay processes for South America.
• Act as a subject matter expert for AP/P2P topics and guide complex cases.
• Lead resolution of supplier, invoice and payment issues with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure SOX compliance, financial controls and established procedures.
• Analyze AP KPIs, identify deviations and opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Drive SLA and service delivery performance for countries served by the Hub.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Treasury, Tax and business stakeholders to improve end-to-end processes.
• Support audits and compliance reviews with accurate information.
• Standardize AP/P2P processes across countries and operations.
• Lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives and coach junior analysts.
