GPV Mexico is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Finance team in Guadalajara / Zapopan, Jalisco. This role goes beyond transactional AP, driving process improvements, improving payment readiness and providing visibility into the AP pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6+ years of AP experience, advanced Excel skills, strong English, and hands-on ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics AX).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 4–6+ years of solid Accounts Payable experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Advanced Excel mandatory with data-analysis capabilities.
• Professional English – mandatory; ability to interact with international stakeholders.
• ERP experience required; Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus.
• Strong AP knowledge: aging, supplier reconciliations, payment preparation, exception management, three-way matching, month-end closing.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze AP backlog, aging and overdue invoices.
• Monitor AP pipeline and ensure follow-up from receipt to payment readiness.
• Resolve PO/non-PO invoice discrepancies and three-way-match exceptions.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and drive resolution.
• Support payment proposals and AP month-end closing.
• Develop and analyze AP KPIs and management reporting.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Supply Chain and Treasury.
• Assist in AP controls, standardization, automation and process efficiency.
• Provide guidance as a senior technical resource within the AP team.
