Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an Accounts Payable professional for a fully onsite role at our Regal Rexnord office in Mexico. You will process, validate, and record vendor invoices using SAP for Mexico and the U.S., ensure tax compliance (CFDI for Mexico, standard U.S.

documentation), and manage approval workflows while supporting month-end closings and audits. The role requires 2–5 years of AP experience, strong Excel skills, and a solid understanding of SOX and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience with SAP and cross-border AP between Mexico and the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Process, validate, and record vendor invoices in SAP for Mexico and U.S. operations.
• Ensure invoices comply with local tax requirements (CFDI in Mexico; standard documentation in the U.S.).
• Manage invoice approval workflows and timely processing.
