Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Sr. Assistant AP & Payment Center to execute Accounts Payable and Payment Center processes within our Americas-focused support department.

You will contribute to reliable Procure to Pay services through precise financial processing, analysis and issue resolution during a 1-year contract with opportunities for global contribution. Required qualifications include 3–5 years in Procure to Pay, experience with SAP or similar ERP, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Procure to Pay experience.
• Experience using SAP or another ERP system to support P2P activities.
• Analysed open items and discrepancies to resolve AP and Payment Center exceptions.
• Fluent English reading, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Execute Accounts Payable and Payment Center processes accurately and on time.
• Support bank transactions, accounting postings and reconciliations.
• Review data, follow up open items and identify discrepancies and exceptions.
• Help ensure financial postings follow company procedures, policies and internal controls.
• Resolve invoice, payment, banking and reconciliation issues with internal partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve and standardise Accounts Payable and Payment Center processes.
