Aspen Technology is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist in Mexico City to facilitate accurate processing of supplier payments via wire transfer or ACH and support invoicing and expense processing as needed.

Key qualifications include 3+ years in AP, experience with Oracle, and strong Spanish/English communication. You will manage high transaction volumes with attention to detail and collaborate with multiple teams for month-end close and audits.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience with Oracle preferred.
• Knowledge of banking transactions and bank portals.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Process and analyze worldwide payment processing via wire transfer or ACH.
• Assist with supplier creation and invoice processing.
• Process employee expense reports and assist with month-end close.
• Review, audit and approve supplier invoices and ensure policy compliance.
• Communicate invoice status and issues to employees and suppliers.
• Enter supplier invoices timely and respond to inquiries.
