Ellucian Company L.P. in Mexico is hiring for Accounts Payable to manage all AP processes in a fast-paced finance team. You will enter invoices, secure approvals, process wire payments, and collaborate with vendors to ensure accuracy and timely settlements.

The role requires at least 2 years in AP or related finance, fluent English, strong communication, and proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Concur. A multinational software environment experience is a plus, with a focus on confidentiality.

Qualificações

• Requires at least 2 years of relevant AP or related finance experience.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities with professional relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Accounts Payable inbox and respond to inquiries.
• Enter PO and non-PO invoices into SAP accurately.
• Prepare and submit wire payments and reconcile wire transactions in BlackLine.
• Process weekly payments and coordinate with accounting firm for disbursements.
• Enter and reconcile LAC payments in BlackLine.
• Collaborate with vendors, Procurement, and end users to resolve issues.
• Audit employee expense reports for compliance and accuracy.
