Zendesk, Inc. is seeking an AI Sales Specialist to drive adoption of our AI product suite within the AMER region. You will prospect, demo, and close deals while aligning Zendesk AI solutions to customer goals in a quota-carrying overlay role, working with the Core AE team.

You will own AI POCs, enablement initiatives, and collaborate with the AI Success team to maximize revenue and AR potential across Zendesk accounts and new business.

Formación

• Proven experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Experience in an overlay AE/co-sell role is preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership of sales quotas and work toward targets within Zendesk territory.
• Collaborate with the core sales team to drive revenue from existing accounts and new business.
• Lead and support AI POCs, demonstrating value of Zendesk AI portfolio to customers.
• Collaborate with AI Success team to identify expansion/cross-sell opportunities and forecast AR potential.
• Provide SME guidance on AI solutions and enablement initiatives across the territory.
