Zendesk in Mexico is seeking an Associate Solutions Architect to support the CX ARR business. You will partner with account executives to translate goals into credible, scalable solutions across CX, AI, and integrations, while ensuring security and practicality.

In this associate role you’ll deliver technical discovery, demos, and workshops, coordinating with product, security, and services teams to enable fast, credible responses for multiple opportunities.

Formación

• Professional fluency in English required; Portuguese (Brazil) or Spanish a plus.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for executives and business users.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a pooled, fast-moving SaaS environment.
• Structured problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with account executives and sales teams on discovery, qualification, solution strategy, and opportunity progression.
• Support multiple opportunities through a pooled coverage model, prioritizing work based on customer impact, deal stage, complexity, and business urgency.
• Translate customer goals and challenges into clear solution concepts, use cases, value hypotheses, and next steps.
• Deliver or support technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, workshops, solution overviews, and proofs of concept.
• Explain CX, automation, and AI capabilities in practical business terms, including use cases, risks, and adoption considerations.
• Create lightweight solution artifacts such as diagrams, capability maps, integration overviews, demo plans, and discovery notes.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, security, services, and customer success teams to validate feasibility and implementation considerations.
• Capture reusable patterns, objections, FAQs, and lessons learned to improve enablement and team consistency.
