Zendesk, Inc. is seeking an Associate Solutions Architect to support CX ARR initiatives from a remote position anchored in Mexico City, MX.

You will partner with sales teams to map customer needs to scalable CX solutions, leveraging CX platform, AI capabilities, and integrations while ensuring secure, practical implementations. The role emphasizes clear communication, technical fluency with SaaS products, RESTful APIs, and the ability to translate business goals into compelling solution stories.

Formación

• Professional fluency in English is required.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for executives, business users, and technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with account executives and sales teams on discovery, qualification, solution strategy, and opportunity progression.
• Support multiple opportunities through a pooled coverage model based on customer impact and deal stage.
• Translate customer goals and challenges into clear solution concepts, use cases, and recommended steps.
• Deliver or support technical discovery sessions, demos, workshops, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Explain CX, automation, and AI capabilities in practical business terms and risks.
• Create lightweight solution artifacts like diagrams, capability maps, integration overviews, and discovery notes.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, security, services, and customer success teams to validate feasibility.
• Capture reusable patterns, FAQs, and lessons learned to improve enablement.
