Zendesk in Mexico City is seeking an AI Sales Specialist to drive growth of our AI product suite. You will prospect, demo, and close deals, collaborating with Core AEs to expand revenue within the AMER region’s EMC segment.

The role emphasizes value-based selling, AI POC leadership, and close collaboration with the AI Success team to identify expansion opportunities. Hybrid work and travel as needed are expected.

Formación

• Proven experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
• A focus on Conversational AI solutions or the CX space is preferable.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Experience in an overlay AE/co-sell role is preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership of sales quotas and meet/exceed targets within a Zendesk territory.
• Collaborate with core sales to drive revenue from existing and new accounts.
• Build relationships, map customer needs to AI value, and lead AI POCs.
• Support commercial modelling and forecast AR potential with customers.
• Act as SME for AI solutions and enable the sales team in AI engagements.
• Collaborate with frontline sales teams and Zendesk leadership to drive results.
