Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related, MBA/MS a plus.
• 7+ years in eCommerce, analytics, or AI solutions.
• Experience designing, testing and deploying AI or automation that reached daily use.
• Strong understanding of Amazon and Mercado Libre economics and marketplace dynamics.
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Proficiency with SQL and Python; familiarity with enterprise automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Shape LATAM eCommerce AI enablement roadmap and regional best practices.
• Prioritize AI use cases with potential value and scale pilots across markets.
• Prototype, pilot and scale AI solutions like copilots, agents, automation, pricing and competitive intelligence.
• Ensure data quality, privacy and responsible AI practices across projects.
• Mentor analysts and enable cross‑functional adoption of new workflows.
