EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior GenAI Solutions Engineer who thrives in front of customers and solves complex business challenges.

You will translate business objectives into AI-enabled transformations and lead discovery workshops with executives, architects, and delivery teams. You will design architectures and proofs-of-concepts, evaluate AI platforms, mentor engineers, and enable regional growth across LATAM.

Formación

• 5+ years building with LLMs and Generative AI platforms.
• 3+ years with vector databases and MCP ecosystem.
• Proficient in Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Strong communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with customers to understand business challenges.
• Translate objectives into AI-enabled solutions and roadmaps.
• Lead workshops and technical conversations with stakeholders.
• Design proposals, architectures, and proof-of-concept demos.
• Mentor engineers and deliver enablement programs.
• Stay ahead of the evolving AI ecosystem; thrive in client-facing settings.
