is seeking a curious, collaborative Solutions Architect to help our Latin America partners design and launch AI-powered customer experience solutions, including those built on Amazon Connect. You will combine AI/ML expertise with contact center know-how to drive technical strategy, develop reference architectures, and mentor partner teams across the region. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
Experience in IT development or consulting in software/Internet industries.
Experience in design, implementation or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
4+ years in contact center or 2+ years of contact center experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical strategy for AWS partners in Latin America, architecting applied AI and Amazon Connect solutions.
Collaborate with partners and internal go-to-market teams to design, validate, and deliver AI-powered customer experience solutions.
Develop and share best practices through technical content such as reference architectures, blog posts, workshops, and presentations at AWS events.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to partner teams and the Solutions Architect community, creating enablement materials.
Gather and translate customer and partner feedback into clear requirements for AWS product and engineering teams.
