- C68 is seeking a curious and collaborative Solutions Architect to design and launch AI-powered customer experience solutions, including those built on Amazon Connect, for partners in Latin America. The role combines deep AI, ML, and contact center technology expertise with business acumen to drive technical strategy and partner enablement across the region. You will mentor teams, craft reference architectures, and help shape the AI roadmap with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
Experience in IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.
Experience within specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
Experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
4+ years of contact center, or 2+ years of contact center experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical strategy for AWS partners in Latin America, architecting applied AI and Amazon Connect solutions that improve how customers interact with businesses.
Collaborate with partners and internal go-to-market teams to design, validate, and deliver AI-powered customer experience solutions that meet specific business outcomes.
Develop and share best practices through technical content such as reference architectures, blog posts, workshops, and presentations at AWS events.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to partner teams and the broader Solutions Architect community, creating enablement materials that raise the technical bar in Latin America.
Gather and translate customer and partner feedback into clear requirements for AWS product and engineering teams to strengthen the applied AI and Amazon Connect roadmap.
