North American Production Sharing, Inc. seeks a fully bilingual Customer Service Representative for a temporary seasonal position in Zona Rio, Tijuana, on-site. You will handle English and Spanish communications, resolve inquiries, and provide accurate information while maintaining professionalism.

Location: Zona Rio, Tijuana, BC. Assignment period: September/October 2026 through January 29, 2027. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Customer Service Representative (Temporary Seasonal Position)

The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer experiences by handling customer communications, resolving inquiries, and providing accurate information while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Assessment Requirements

• Typing Test: Minimum 25 WPM (Test score must be provided as part of the candidate submission process)
• Successful completion of a medical examination
• Successful completion of a drug screening test

Candidates must meet all pre-employment screening requirements prior to their start date.
