Qualfon Philippines, Inc. is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service/Tech Support Agent to work 100% onsite in Mexico City (near Reforma 2-22) for a temporary 3-month period.

The role requires English and Spanish proficiency, a completed high school diploma, and strong customer service skills. Responsibilities include providing personalized support in English and Spanish, actively listening, and resolving inquiries with empathy.

Formación

RESPONSIBILITIES

What will you do in this role?

As a Bilingual Customer Service/Tech Support Agent, you will:

• Provide personalized, high-quality customer service in English and Spanish for user related issues in our app.
• Actively listen to customers and resolve inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Provide clear and accurate information while supporting customer needs.
• Focus on delivering a positive customer experience from the first interaction.
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining service quality and attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS

What are we looking for?

• English proficiency: B2+ - C1 (spoken and written).
• Completed high school diploma.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet tools.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
• Customer service or Call Center experience is preferred.
• Availability to work 100% onsite and with flexible/rotating schedules.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Complete employment documentation, including CURP, NSS, RFC/Tax Certificate, and any other required documents.
