The role focuses on email and written customer communications in English and Spanish, ensuring accurate, professional, timely responses and detailed case records. You will handle inquiries, review and process requests, meet productivity and quality targets, and collaborate with internal teams.

Back Office Representative (Temporary Seasonal Position)

We are seeking fully bilingual Back Office Representatives to support our peak season operations. The ideal candidate will manage customer communications through email and written channels, ensuring accurate, professional, and timely responses while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email in English and Spanish.
• Research customer issues and provide accurate, professional written responses.
• Review and process customer requests according to company procedures.
• Maintain detailed case records and customer communications.
• Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time expectations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Ensure all written communications meet company standards and guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong written communication skills, including grammar, spelling, and professional email etiquette.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.

Location: Zona Rio, Tijuana, BC (On-Site)
Assignment Period: September/October 2026 through January 29, 2027
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday OR Tuesday – Saturday 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Assessment Requirements

• Typing Test: Minimum 25 WPM (Test score must be provided as part of the candidate submission process)
• Successful completion of a medical examination
• Successful completion of a drug screening test

Candidates must meet all pre-employment screening requirements prior to their start date.
