ABB in Mexico is hiring a Sales Support professional to back the US-focused sales organization. You’ll support the proposal process, prepare product descriptions and costs, and ensure final documentation under a hybrid work model.

The role requires 2–3 years in sales support, proficiency in SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft tools, and a degree in Business, Administration or Engeneering. Strong English communication is a must.

Formación

• 2–3 years in Sales Support role.
• Proficient in SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft tools.
• Degree in Business, Administration or Engeneering.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Review and process Cash App outputs for accurate categorization.
• Validate transactions via customer portals and enhance records.
• Identify open AR items, unapplied credits, and overdue balances.
• Create workflows for clearing disputes related to retail accounts.
• Identify process gaps and bottlenecks across workflows.
• Recommend and support process improvement initiatives.
