ABB in Mexico (Nuevo León) seeks a Sales Support professional to back the EL / Retail sales organization. You will review Cash App outputs, validate categorizations, and prepare cost descriptions and final documentation.

You will serve as a technical resource, work in a hybrid model, and coordinate with US-based marketing and sales teams while ensuring accurate records and timely dispute resolution. Candidates have 2–3 years in sales support and proficiency with SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in Sales Support.
• Proficiency with SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft tools.
• Degree in Business, Administration or Engineering.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsabilidades

• Support the EL / Retail sales organization in the proposal process.
• Prepare technical descriptions of products and determine costs.
• Prepare final documentation and validate Cash App outputs.
• Identify gaps, risks and bottlenecks in workflows and suggest improvements.
